When you have an ex that wants you back or you want the ex back, either way the situation can reach your friends and can cause some really bad problems between you, the ex, and all of the mutual friends that you two may have in common. What you want to do is resolve the problem prior to it getting out of hand. You need to talk to the ex and see what problems there are and what needs to be done. If your ex wants you back and you feel differently then you need to say exactly that to your ex.
Keep in mind that the only thing that an ex that is looking to get an ex back is thinking how do you get your ex back? This is what leads to problems, when someone tries to find answers in which are not there turn to other alternatives.

And if they don’t then they should at least warn your ex of what he is allowed to do and what he is not allowed to do. This should make it easier to go to work and not have to worry about what he might try to do or say.
