When you start to look like some kind of immature person who cannot stay on their own two feet with some self-respect it is only going to make you look crazy. You must attempt to seem [like as if] you’re okay about things. This is a good way to start to get your ex back. Your ex must have space and time to examine their own needs so they won’t have room to assist with yours as well.

3. Don’t beg them to return. This would be a disaster just after a break-up. You must remember not to go follow this path, however genuinely you feel, because there’s only negativity surrounding it. It’ll cause more stress because you appear to have all together given up and will be a serious emotional weight for your ex in the future.

So put the stops on your emotional taps and do not chase your ex immediately after a break-up. Right now you have to be strongest to prepare to win your ex back. Be more positive during this time and you can work towards saving your relationship. This is how to win back your ex.
